Every attempt has been made to represent the jewellery on www.furrandco.co.uk as accurately as possible, however slight variations in colour may occur as we cannot guarantee that the colours in our images will appear exactly the same on different computer monitors.
Products shown may not be actual size. Any dimensions given are intended as an approximate indication of the product size only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the website prior to gaining written consent from us. You may print images and information for your own personal and non-commercial use.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT
Very occasionally there may be errors in prices on the website. We make every effort to avoid such errors from occurring but if they do occur we will not honour incorrect prices. If there are any errors in pricing on the website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible with the option of buying the jewellery at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we can not contact you to notify you of the error we will cancel your order and send you confirmation of this.

Ordering and Payment
Payment online
Payment made through www.furrandco.co.uk is made via Sage Ltd who supplies encrypted secure trading services for us. Your credit card details are not seen or held by Furr & Company.
Payment off-line
All cheques will be cleared through our bank account prior to goods being released.
If telephoning outside our opening hours, please leave a message with your phone number and we will call you back on the next working day.
Payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling
When ordering rings it is your responsibility to supply us with the correct finger ring size and any subsequent alterations to size will be at your cost. We are more than happy to send you a free ring size gauge in the post before you place your order.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it any time up to the point of dispatch. To cancel an order please email us with your name, address and details of your order, as well as your order number. If your payment has already been processed we will issue you with a full refund.
While we make every effort to ensure that the jewellery on the website is currently available at the prices shown, we cannot guarantee that, in the event of a system error this will always be the case. If you have ordered an item which turns out to be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery time or the option to cancel your order.
We regret that we currently only accept orders from the United Kingdom.
Holidays
As we process your orders at our premises in Hungerford, there will be a few occasions during the year when the order processing will be delayed due to the shop being shut for holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed when we re-open. There will be prior warning on the website of any holiday closures. We cannot accept responsibility for any inconveniences caused due to these closures.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions occasionally. In this event we will notify you by posting the new Terms and Conditions on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the new Terms and Conditions of use, please stop using the website.
