Delivery times Once we have received your order we will aim to dispatch your jewellery from stock within 3 working days. If an item is out of stock you will be notified at point of order and in this instance you will be prompted to contact us for an estimated delivery time.
Orders will be processed during our shop opening hours from Tuesday to Saturday. Any orders made on Sunday or Monday will be processed on the next working day (usually Tuesday).
Items will be dispatched from Tuesday to Saturday morning. Items dispatched on Friday are usually delivered on Saturday but may arrive on Monday as The Royal Mail Special Delivery service will not always guarantee a Saturday delivery. Items dispatched on Saturday morning will be delivered on Monday. Please note that delivery times are extended over public holidays but we will notify you of the expected delivery date at point of dispatch.
Delivery method All items purchased from www.furrandco.co.uk will be packaged in our presentation boxes and sent using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service at a standard price of £6.50. This is a fully insured service. We can deliver items to anywhere in the UK, though deliveries to remote areas may take up to 3 working days to arrive. Please contact us for further information.
The Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service is a Next Day delivery service and requires a signature as proof of delivery. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that there will be someone at the address the next day to sign for your order. Please contact us if you require delivery on a specific day, beyond the 3 working days needed by Furr & Company to process your order. Otherwise we will endeavour to dispatch your order in the quickest time possible.
On receipt of your order please inspect the parcel for any damage before signing for it. If there is any indication that the parcel has been tampered with please contact us immediately. Failure to do so may compromise any subsequent claims.
Items despatched remain our responsibility until delivered to the customer. If an attempt has been made to deliver the item but The Royal Mail have been unable to deliver the item as per their delivery instructions or they have been unable to procure a signature for delivery, then the item will be deemed to have been delivered and will no longer be the responsibility of Furr & Company.
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver your order within a reasonable timescale we cannot accept any liability for late delivery or failure to deliver your order within a particular timescale.
Returns and Exchanges Returning an item Items bought from Furr and Company over the internet can be returned for an exchange or full refund within 7 days of delivery. Where a refund is requested we will refund the cost of the item excluding delivery charges.
In the event that you need to return your order the item will remain your responsibility until we have received it, together with the original packaging and paperwork. We recommend that you return the item using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

Returning damaged or faulty items If an item received is found to be damaged or faulty please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt detailing the fault, along with the original packaging and paperwork and we will issue you with either a replacement or full refund at your request. If a refund is requested the original postage costs will be included.
In the event that we determine that the damage or fault occurred as a result of misuse or mistreatment we reserve the right to return the item as received without refunding any postage costs.
Furr & Company will not accept faulty items for return that are aged more than 12 months* from the date of purchase. If a faulty item is returned to us within this time we will either repair it or replace it at our discretion. *This excludes pearl and bead necklaces which, if faulty, may be returned up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Items bought from our shop in Hungerford Furr and Company only offer a refund option for items bought unseen over the internet. Any item(s) bought in person at our shop in Hungerford may be exchanged for another item(s) or a credit note for the same value.
